We stayed at this luxurious hotel for our family trip and we were pleasantly surprised by the enhanced comfort and quality services provided. The location of this place was perfect, situated in a residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Additionally, it was conveniently located directly from the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. We also loved the fact that it was right at the railways, allowing us to easily explore different parts of the city.

Good location: near S-Bahn station (17 minutes trip to Munchen city center). Very good breakfast. Large double room (28 mq), cleaned and with some facilities (coffe/tea maker, minibar, kitchenette..). Excellent value for money in weekend.

I just think that bathroom amenities would be better for a 4-star hotel. Also shampoo dispenser was almost empty, I called the front desk, it was 08:00 A.M. so I needed it immediately, but nobody did bring us another one.

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering us a family suite for the same price as a 2-bedroom room. The family suite was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family of five. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to public transport and within easy reach of both the airport and our family's apartment. The breakfast provided was superb, and the neighborhood was nice and safe. The rooms were well-equipped for business trips, with large desks, ample electrical outlets, and even a kettle and microwave available. The free sauna was a nice bonus.

I asked for a quiet room away from traffic, but we were given a room near the hotel entrance where every morning and evening, coaches stopped and kept their engines running. Also, my request via Booked.net was not noted, though staff rectified the mistake as soon as possible.

Peaceful location yet convenient for trains to airport and city centre and also local buses. Good choice of options for breakfast included in the price.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to a train stop on the U-Bahn, which makes it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with mini kitchens and comfortable beds. The breakfast is tasty and includes made-to-order omelets. the hotel has secured parking and free Wi-Fi in the cafe.

The receptionist was not always knowledgeable about the benefits that come with loyalty status, which was frustrating.

Great location, right near the S-bahn, with fast connection to both the city center and the airport. The staff was very kind, the room was clean and large, the breakfast was OK. Nothing to complain of overall.

The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. the breakfast offered was quite basic and underwhelming, with limited options and not much variety.

Kitchenette

Noisy because of the train passing by. Most of staff do not understand english. The ac was controlled by the reception and it was leaking water in my room. They skipped a couple of days not cleaning my room and when I asked, they said you put the red sign out even though I did not. Gets really busy with groups travelling on a bus.

It was really big room, about 30 sqm. Good accomodation for 2 adults and 2 kids

Air conditioning didn`t work

The hotel is located in a great spot with easy access to public transportation and a quiet atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with excellent amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a fitness center.

The downside is that the internet connection can be slow at times. there were a few minor issues with the wellness area, such as a lack of mineral water and soap.

Location: directly located at s8 (every 20 minutes), around 15 minutes drive to city centre and airport Employees: very friendly and helpful staff (check-in was possible at 13:30 free of charge) In the ‘lobby’ can be found a tea and coffee bar offering a wide range of tea for free. Definitely a plus! Adequate room and bathroom size for a Standard room Internet: wlan in the lobby (free computer to use) and cable internet in own room free of charge!

The hotel could be very nice without the little blemish which would not be a problem at all if you know them before! Sauna: the hotel offers sauna and fitness centre free of charge. Unfortunately nobody told us that you have to inform the front desk to switch on the sauna half an hour before you want to use it. This would not be a problem at all if you have this information in advance. Because we had an appointment afterwards it was too late for us to do so, which was a pity. Moreover, the restaurant was closed on Sunday for dinner. In the information brochure the opening hours are from Monday to Sunday (so every day). It would be better to inform customers about that. The hotel is right next to a major train station in between the airport and the city centre. 15-20mins from the airport and 15-20 mins fom the city centre. S-Bahn trains run late into the night so it was great for us as we were here for oktoberfest and getting back to the hotel at 2am was easy and cheap. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful and a well stocked bar ensured we had a well earned pint available for us when we arrived late on friday night. Not much in the area but there is a lovely bar across the road serving delicious regional food and great beers with a beer garden. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and fresh tea/coffee brought to your table. nice clean and modern facilities with a small cooker and microwave in the room.

No safety deposit boxes in room, the breakfast only had one small domestic toaster so getting toast was a bit of a wait, would have expected a carousel type toaster like most hotels have. room cost was quite expensive, 200 euros a night for a double however it was oktoberfest so we expected the price to be higher than usual, that said, i would price this hotel for quality, location and facilities at maximum 100 euros a night so a 100% markup seems steep to me.
